Our understanding of quality is defined in our quality management system and our quality policy guide (PDF).
Quality management means the creation of an effective company organisation to realise our customers’ wishes and expectations at the best.
It comprises
- A quality policy, agreed by the board of Eurofins MWG Operon group and the managers of the single associated companies, binding for the whole group
- The organisational structure of our valid quality management system
- The central quality manual as well as site specific default documents
- Quality objectives and performance indicators for continuous process improvement
- Continuous qualification improvement of our employees by planned trainings
Internal and external audits are carried out on a regular basis as a consistency proof of described and really conducted processes.
With the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 we comply with the worldwide approved norm for a complete quality management system. With this system we corroborate our highest objectives: customer orientation and customer satisfaction.
