Quality management means the creation of an effective company organisation to realise our customers’ wishes and expectations at the best.

• Is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
• Comprises our quality policy, agreed by the board of Eurofins MWG Operon group and the managers of the single associated companies, binding for the whole group.
• Includes quality objectives and performance indicators for continuous process improvement.
• Is described within the quality manual, and the organisational structure and processes.

Internal and external audits are carried out on a regular basis as a consistency proof of described and conducted processes.
