Our Sequencing Service à la Carte is available for all kind of sample material and is particularly recommended for large constructs e.g. BACs, PACs, Fosmids and Cosmids and more difficult samples like 16s RNA, Phage DNA, Virus or genomic DNA.
This customised service includes individual support at any stage of your project. Setups for sample preparation and sequencing reactions are offered according to your needs.
Our Service à la Carte consists of a primary service which includes
- Optional BLASTx and/or Heterozygote analysis
- Specific primers can be ordered or enclosed
- One repetition if necessary
- Manually checked single strand data
- Accuracy of data is > 99%
- Subsequent analysis with an accuracy higher than 99% (if selected)
- Free storage of template DNA and custom synthesised primers for 6 weeks
- Re-ordering option within 6 weeks
- Prepayment option with the EVOcard.
