Each vector construct generated at Eurofins MWG Operon undergoes strict quality control. We perform differential analyses by restriction enzyme digest as well as DNA sequencing to identify correct clones and to verify sequence accuracy. The cloned fragments are delivered as E. coli clones or plasmid DNA (mini scale preparation). Higher scales are available on request. The experimental strategy, raw data and final results are summarised in a detailed report.
