We prepare BAC libraries for you, array these libraries into plates and spot the BAC clones onto nylon filters. If smaller fragments are needed, we recommend our Cosmid and Fosmid library service. For transcriptome analysis we offer a broad range of standard, normalised and subtracted cDNA libraries. For shotgun sequencing or other studies, we prepare from your samples (genomes, BACs, PACs or Cosmids etc.), mechanically sheared shotgun fragments cloned into plasmids.
