siMAX^TM siRNA is available as pre-designed 21mer or 27mer siRNA molecules for human, mouse and rat. A full list of all predesigned siRNAs including control duplexes is available in the online ordering section of our website.

You can select a siRNA database from the pull down menu and specify your search by entering a RefSeq accession number or a gene name, e. g. NM_001021 or RPS17 etc.

We have also integrated validated siRNA sequences into our predesigned lists(Y. Ren et al. Bioinformatics (2006) 22:1027-1028). You can either view the validated list directly or search the list by typing in an accession number.
