With this tool you can track the process status of your order items at any time.
By using our online ordering system you can track the status of your oligo, siRNA and custom sequencing orders directly within your personal account.
Additionally you can control your inventory of Free Barcode Labels, Prepaid Barcode Labels and Prepaid Plate Coupons which have not been used yet.
For this purpose please choose the function “My Orders” below your order basket.



As soon as your order is completed you will see the status “in delivery” (for oligonucleotides and siRNA) or “finished (for sequencing orders). Now you are able to download your sequencing data or respectively, to track the UPS shipment with the button “UPS tracking of this delivery”.



If you ordered your oligonucleotides or siRNA via Fax or email, and mentioned your email address in the order form, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Within this email you will find a link for tracking the status of your order.
